One bulb lasted a full minute
One of the bulbs died after literally 1 minute of use. Maybe my connections are messed up, but when I replaced it with another one from the box everything worked again. I used it in a vacuum to replace a lightbulb so the vibrations can kill it. We'll see how long the other one lasts.
