I really liked this at first. But these have a manufacturing problem. I put in fresh batteries but after a day the pager stops working. Take the battery out and back in it works for a few hours then stops. I tossed 3 sets of batteries thinking it was the batteries not the device. Very dissapointed I can't rely on this when I'm sleeping.

Items were ready to use and just what I wanted, but when call button was pushed they didn't always ring. They only consistently rang 7 times out of 10.

Using this product for my parent to be able to alert me if she falls or needs help. Was able to stick one on the bed, hang one from the wheelchair, add one to the bathroom. They all work great. Did have to replace the batteries upon arrival, but would have done that anyways to make sure it works for my parent.

So, I read a lot of bad reviews about the batteries being an issue for some. The way we utilize the buttons and receivers, we have had 0 issues. We leave each button in a central location where they are always at, because if they are moving we are with them. So, this has been a life saver, and so easy to get use to using. Very nice buy! These are great for family members and caregivers. My stepmom recently had a heart attack so I ordered them for my father who absolutely loves them. Gives him the freedom to be in another room or walk to the mailbox to get the mail. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is a caregiver. Great quality volume and very easy to use.

After falling twice on the stone in my desert back yard and scraping my knees badly, and due to recent shoulder replacement surgery, I could not get up. I lay in the sun for almost an hour before I was rescued. My mother in law loves this product as she refuses to use the Ebay Alexa system that we bought for her. She is suspicious of strangers listening in on her. This seems to be a perfect solution to page her caregiver without calling out EMS and no worries about spies. She wears it around her neck and it looks clunky to me but it doesn't seem to bother her.

This call product has been extremely valuable for a family member with sever health issue. Having 3 buttons to place at bed, bathroom and TV room is good. Having 2 pagers works very well for family or care aids at the home. This also has other uses for garages, workshops, offices, etc.

I've had this item for about four days. During that time, at least once per night the alarm goes off without the panic button being pushed or even touched (it's on a bedside table). This makes it completely useless, since this invariably happens in the middle of the night and requires getting awake and checking to make sure it's not an emergency. The chime is loud enough to be heard in the next room but not startling. These are great for my dad who is in a room at the end of our hall. When he needs help getting up or would like a drink he can let us know.

We used it for my Dad who was sleeping downstairs and we were upstairs. As long as he remembered to use it; it was great. He passed away and I gave it to my neighbor. I could not find the directions so I searched online. I didn't find them but found out if I had ordered it direct from the company, I would have saved about $22.

This is perfect for my mother to page us from her room. She no longer needs to wait until we check on her. If she needs anything she pushes the button & it alerts us. I'm completely satisfied.
