Our loved ones have this to guard against mishaps leaving them stranded on the floor, they need to be able to trust this with their LIFE, and this company cheaps out on the SPRINGS that push the battery against the opposite contact? One unit worked despite this shortcoming, but the other would not work even when I replaced the cheap batteries that came with it with energizers. I will be returning this garbage.
