Works well but the lanyard attachment is extremely difficult to thread onto the remote & keeps breaking. There is no customer service number to call for assistance or purchase of replacement strings to attach to the remotes.

I purchased this to help my mother, the caregiver for my dad. My family used this to help care for an elderly relative. This particular product (and others by the same company) work well together. We put one of the buttons on his nightstand and another on his walker, and were able to put the alert units (2 battery powered ones and 2 wall powered ones) throughout the house. Have fun attaching the lanyard without taking the unit apart. The instructions are for the wall plugin receivers not the wireless. How hard can it be to send the right instructions? Other than that they work fine.

I got this for my 98 year old Granny. She alerts her caregiver whenever she needs assistance. It’s such a great piece of mind to know she can call for help with the touch of a button. So easy

My wife had some physical problems but with this device was always able to call someone for help when she needed it. Very versatile device as the ringing tones could be set (multiple choices) and the volume could be adjusted, too. I do not recommend the doorbell sound as it is confusing when someone is actually at the door. Other options are many and different - easy to find one that works for you. the 12 volt batteries for the transmitters are different but easily affordable when you have to buy replacements (plus the transmitters come with them!) This system allows caregivers to do other chores throughout the house or even doing yard work outside the house. You can have fun choosing the musical tunes that the receivers play too. The system was an economical solution to being a care giver and being able to get some work done around the house.

For me, the max volume level is kind of low. You can hear it from the next room, with doors closed, but once you are three rooms/walls away, one might not notice the sound. So, the minder needs to always have it in same room or nearby.I do like how the three buttons work, and having two receivers is a help.One of the buttons came with a hole, a deformity apparently from the factory, so that piece is definitely not waterproof.

We are extremely satisfied with this product and could not believe that not only did they provide batteries but a little screwdriver for the product. Nobody does that anymore! So thank you for going the extra mile!

Used this as a call system for a family member on hospice. Worked very well with the Call buttons placed on each side of the bed and the ringer in front and back of house.

It is fairly inexpensive, easy to use, volume can be turned up to a level you should be able to hear it anywhere. It's a little large to be hanging around your neck, and can be accidentally set off be leaning against something.
