My wife had some physical problems but with this device was always able to call someone for help when she needed it. Very versatile device as the ringing tones could be set (multiple choices) and the volume could be adjusted, too. I do not recommend the doorbell sound as it is confusing when someone is actually at the door. Other options are many and different - easy to find one that works for you. Adds in home safety assurance. Recommended.
