Disappointed

I had such high hopes for this product. It's cute and durable and offers 360° protection. Unfortunately after 2 weeks the corners start cracking without falling off and the bottom lip starts cracking. When trying to remove the case to inspect the cracks, the "built-in protective film" popped up. The fingerprint sensor still doesn't work. Return with full refund. I am very disappointed and was hoping for a better product.
