I've never had a 2 speed handheld vacuum and I don't know what it's for, but even higher speed/suction power isn't enough for tough jobs. The product itself does not seem to be made of high-quality material, but it charges quickly and works. Also comes with lots of accessories. The charging cable does not have a plug, but in today's world, most people have the resources to plug it in. It can handle dirt and crumbs, but not dog hair. I posted before and after my back seat. I have boys and a dog so this is a must for me. He collected dirt and crumbs, but only about 60% of the dog hair. I've only tried the brush, crevice tool and handheld vacuum. I walked across the surface multiple times and in multiple directions, but couldn't collect all of the dog hair. For the price I expected more. It's not terrible, but I can honestly say my last one was more effective. Like most rechargeable items, it had expired and I decided to give it a try. I haven't tried it on wet surfaces but I can say it's easy to deflate and the accessories fit well. However, the product just doesn't offer enough suction power for tough jobs. For basic things it's ok. I think it depends on what you need it for if it works for you. *****Update***** I haven't used this handheld vacuum for almost a dozen times and I'm already having problems. The charging cable does not have a proper charging connector. When connected, the charge does not last long. The charge lasts a lot less than any other handheld vacuum I've had. This is without a doubt the worst thing I've ever had. I've seen at least 6 different ones in the last 30 years. I would say skip this product.
