Review on Dremel 196 Carving Speed Cutter by Tony Korek

I use this router bit as a spot cutter on a circuit board. I use a double sided PCB in electronic projects and I use this ridge to create round copper free spaces (dotted surfaces) on the side of the component where the pinholes are. This allows the component side of the board to remain a ground plane or shield, allowing wires to be routed through the holes and insulated from the foil on those sides. It's great for this as it's a face cut and can be used in a small Dremel type plunge router setup to get the job done quickly.
