I'm 5'2", 220lbs, size 18 and almost always 2x in Forever 21. I bought this skirt for my upcoming birthday. It's perfect. It fits perfectly around my natural waist (above my belly button. It hits just above my knees, not in an odd librarian way but in a cute, flirty way. It's definitely a wardrobe staple!
