Tried to find a plastic free drinking water container at work that theoretically doesn't break, tastes clean and is easy to clean. I love using their AWESOME insulated coffee mugs and the whole family loves them. So I bought a few of these and am mostly happy with them. The one I ended up using doesn't sit 100% flat on my desk, but it doesn't tip over either. Also, it had a slight odor for the first few days, due to the sealing on the lid I think. It has since been tasteless and odorless and is perfect for what I wanted it for. ADVANTAGES: * You can see how much water is inside. * Real glass, so no leech-plastic taste even if the water is there for several days. * Screw cap that does not leak compared to those flip type plastic caps and easy to clean. CONS: * Price. * Lots of exposed glass, which worries me that it will shatter if dropped. I personally would not give them to children at camp etc. * It's glass, so you can't (read: shouldn't) take it into the pool with you.
