this is a necessary thing in every home

After I saw fire on tv, how people jumping from skyscrapers I decided to have a fire escape ladder at home.
Safety is first at all. I hope I never need it

Pros

Very sturdy. I hope I don't have to use it but, I'm glad I chose this one!

Cons

May not be suitable for children or elderly individuals
