It works, but what's that weird buzzing noise?

I'm a big fan of Anker to be honest, but lately I've been a bit disappointed. I have many cables, chargers and batteries. Bought for myself, wife and sons. The quality has been great, but manufacturing tolerances seem to be disappearing lately. I bought another model called PowerCube. I liked it so much that I bought two more. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D25RSWX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 After a few months only 2/3 are working. I suspect this is questionable reliability, but I suspect Anker products aren't built the way they used to be. I've bought several charging cables for my iPhones and their durability seems to be diminishing with the latest versions. Maybe I'm just not good with cables. After the PowerCube was in the trash, I turned to this model with no on/off button and a thinner profile. You also lose an outlet. There are only two USB ports and two power outlets. The USB ports charge my iPad and iPhone, but the USB ports also make a weird rhythmic hum when my iPad or iPhone is charging. I suspect the transformer is the problem as it just emits a faint hum when charging from the USB port. It does its job but it annoys me because it's next to my bed on the nightstand and I don't want to move it. I wouldn't call it a defect per se, but I've never had such an Anker product. I think I could give it back to Revane. Your mileage may vary. Update: Anker's customer service is excellent. I got a replacement and it works perfectly. I've upgraded my rating to four stars because the post-purchase support is top-notch.
