Review on McGill Silhouette Lever Punch Flower by Doris Tran

I think ideally this product is excellent. However, the one I have is terrible. It's almost impossible to slide a piece of paper through the middle, let alone pierce it. After pushing a sheet of paper/cardboard (when it crumples), it will pierce the pattern as shown in the picture. However, if it takes 2 minutes or more for a sheet of paper or cardboard to slip through without being crushed or damaged before being punched, it is not a very good product. It should be a lot easier. I can physically see what the problem with the product is, so I'm inclined to say that the product I received is defective. However, if they were all made that way, then it's just an absolutely horrible product, inefficient and cumbersome. Unfortunately there is nothing the seller can do as they adhere to Revain's return policy and Revain's return policy requires the item to be unused and unopened. and they will not help you with a refund or replacement if it is a defective product caused by the seller/product (not a defective unit caused by damage in transit). This is my first bad experience with Revain and also with their seller who doesn't seem to be able to help. I find it pretty funny. waste of money!
