Perfect fit and easy installation in 10 minutes. Installs with existing nylon nuts in the fender. The kit includes four longer screws on each side to replace the existing screws. However, this item lost a star due to two shortcomings. Initially, Nissan did not apply any protective material to the area where the sharp trailing edge of this item makes contact with the paint. All of the other OEM accessories and higher end fenders I've installed in the past came with some kind of paint protection material sticker on them. None was included in the kit and was not mentioned in the instructions. The second downside was the large pocket molded into the bottom of the front-facing flap. My experience with similarly designed products in the past is that they collect dirt, mud and ice in this bag. I expect it to collect snow and ice in the winter until it hits the tire and I have to stop to reset it. It was better in the long run with flat universal mudguards for ten euros per set.
