Great Service And Products For All Needs

We use Pushresponse to send emails from our web site, as well as SMS text messaging campaigns via their API for customers who are not using an email address or mobile device that is registered with us (or a separate provider). The ability to set custom message templates makes it easy to customize messages according to customer preference without having to write code. Sending out marketing material such as promotional newsletters & postcards has never been so simple! There's nothing I dislike about this product at all - we just wish they could have had more flexible pricing options than those offered by others in the same space. A great service which gives you control over your communications strategy whilst keeping costs under control. The PushResponse team is always willing to assist in any way necessary. Their customer service is second to none. There are many different options, but they all offer a range of features designed to fit a given need. Not much to dislike. Their prices are a little high, but they are worth it. We receive a daily update of our salesforce and the ability to respond to customers in a timely manner. We're able to provide our customers with an interactive experience that is unique to them.
