This made learning incredibly easy! We have the Great Pyrenees/St. Bernhard Puppy. Seven months. We train them to keep bears out of our homes. She had trouble concentrating on the "come" command when she was excited. I put her on a long leash and let her go, and then I called her to me. If she hadn't come right away, I would have turned on the vibration. It only took her 3 times to figure it out but I kept training for 3 days. Now there's a horrible test of whether she'll come right away when she sees a bear. Perfection! She saw the bear, barked, and when I said "go" she turned and walked straight at me! I'm so proud of her! I never had to use a shock, the vibration was enough to focus it. Next we will use the sound signal when she jumps on people. This device saved me 3 months of positive training with treats only in vibration mode.
