I like that it's very easy to use for restaurants of any size whether they are small or large! It has everything you need from food orders/purchases all way through kitchen operations in one place which makes life sooo much easier (no running between multiple applications) as far having access with ease when needed via mobile devices etc., nothing really comes across negatively but perhaps not enough features compared other platforms such at POS systems? If your looking into something simple yet powerful then this would be perfect - no worries about getting bogged down by too complicated an application if needs should arise- just go straight back where its designed fit perfectly!!
