The device is good, the customer service is annoying

The packaging contains almost no useful information. Nowhere is the manufacturer's name or model number printed, making it almost impossible to log onto the website where updates and support are available. I finally came across a helpful YouTube video. So unless you want to spend hours setting up this device, get it from someone else.
