Review on Ceiling Coated Hanging Outdoor Multi Function by Ryan Fuhrer

I needed several identical hooks to hang lanterns in my shed. I figured no matter what hooks were made in China, I could very well buy the cheapest Revain hooks. The "vinyl" coating left black marks on my fingers, and about half of these had the vinyl starting to peel off when I just rotated them in place. Low-quality scrap, but in this case they can only deteriorate, and the price justifies their poor quality. Giving it three stars, however, it's clear that what was ever on it probably wasn't vinyl, or something was done to the vinyl to reduce costs, making it incredibly soft. If you want something cheap and don't plan on constantly taking things off and on, this will work, but be aware that the black vinyl cover isn't going to hold up at all.
