This 1500w Pelonis heater exceeded my expectations. It is very light and requires no configuration! It's ready to use right out of the box. Turned it on and pressed the remote control and I felt instantly warm. You can select Hi Heat to instantly warm up the room. Once the air temperature is comfortable, you can turn the heating down to low or set a specific temperature that suits you. I set mine to 68 degrees and was comfortable all night! Out here in the high desert, the outside temperature dropped below zero, but my bedroom was a glorious 72 degrees. The rest of the house has been set to an overnight temperature of 65 degrees, which is quite normal for the rest of the family. My arthritis likes it a little warmer. This way I can make myself very comfortable without getting too hot in the rest of the house. The heater is very quiet and the remote control has a smooth and silent directional path that moves heated air through my bedroom. I am very happy with this purchase and it keeps me warm all night!
