Great product, thoughtful and crazy
I bought this to tie my dog in the bedroom when I don't want him to be running around the house. She had a heavy ragged coat that she despaired of because she couldn't go out into the yard with me, even though my husband was with her, she was gnawing. I'm sure she'll never swallow it, though she's trying and not making any progress. Highly recommended. I don't know how it would work as an outer tether, but I imagine it would be great. It's very hard work and the clamp is big and heavy. My arthritis makes it difficult for me to put the collar on her. It's a lot smaller than the cable should be, but works pretty well.
