Review on Pfister 910-9000 Ceramic Valve: A Reliable Solution for Smooth Faucet Operation by William Mathis

Valve does not come with black bottom seal as shown. The sealing part is crucial when replacing a new valve. I was lucky that the old seal could be reused. In fact, as shown in the picture, the plastic O-ring is not included with the valve either. So I pulled that out of the old part too. The rest of the valve is installed and not leaking on the stem. Let's see how long a 40 year old filling lasts. The package with the valve and the whole package arrived torn. So there is a possibility that the parts have been stolen or lost. I would appreciate comments if they receive seals with their valve. Many Thanks. 10 Months Later: The valve began to leak at a constant rate every 9 seconds. The valve was not used all summer because it is in the winter house. Now I will replace it with the original Price Pfister valve. I cannot recommend this valve.
