I've been using the Keyspan USA-19HS for more than 10 years and while it still works perfectly, there are no drivers for recent versions of macOS so I don't have a usable adapter. . Not to mention it's been held together with tape over the last 5+ years due to heavy use and a few falls onto tile floors in data centers.
