The thing is IMPOSSIBLE to maneuver, the wheels don't turn due to the angle of the mounting holes. I would send it back but we have already disposed of the box. DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXPECT THIS ITEM TO MOVE MORE THAN FORWARD/BACK. Continued 08/08/2020. After changing the wheel (paid with partial refund - great) this chair is amazing. Replaced by www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PVN3H1M, changed to 3 stars instead of 1 due to having to change wheels yourself.
