Review on PROYAKER by Jim Roberts

I've always loved being near the water, so I couldn't wait to check out PROYAKER and their assortment of water sports gear. My dealings with this company have been nothing but unsatisfactory. To begin with, the merchandise I received was of poor quality. The things I purchased seemed poorly manufactured and did not perform as expected. A long wait and useless representatives who seemed more interested in blowing me off than resolving my issue greeted me when I called their customer service staff for assistance. When I did hear back from customer support, I was informed that I would be responsible for covering the cost of postage to return the defective items I had been sent. A customer-focused business cannot treat its clients in this way. Finally, I was left with useless products and no help from PROYAKER's support staff. If you're considering making a purchase from this company, please reconsider. It's not worth the trouble to deal with their poor quality and unresponsive service.
