I had an idea and decided to buy these pillowcases. My wife's cervical disc was replaced with an artificial Mobi-C disc. I figured I could make my own pillows, fill them with just the right amount of filling, and make them any way I want. It worked perfectly, I bought 1 large box of fiberfill and threw out some old pillows I had. Some I've done with just fiberfill, others with a mixture of fiberfill and crushed memory gel gel, etc. My wife found the right ones after the surgery and was able to better support her neck. I made 4 super thin ones, a few chunkier ones with shredded gel foam and some polyfill or polyfill mixed with cotton from other pillows. I've always loved soft pillows and like to use about 5-6 pillows to get the perfect position, it worked great. I may never buy a ready-made pillow again. I covered them with a cotton blend and satin sheaths.
