The main thing i like about scopto was that they have very friendly customer support when it comes to solving any issues you may be having with their software.

They will help guide you through anything needed so there are no problems once installed or using this product. I think its great because we can store all our photos of workmanship jobs into one place where we don't need multiple hard drives anymore (in addition to being able to access them at other times). We had been searching around for something similar but couldn't find exactly what we were looking for until now and decided to give it try as well!
