This set of mirrors is different from some others on the market. The mirror mounts are hollow and have a spring bolt that goes into the hollow part. That means you can use 2 spring bolts for right-handed, 2 spring bolts for left-handed, right and left, etc. Several sizes and left/right hand thread versions are included, so make sure there is a combination that works for your bike. I used these on a 2014 Genuine Buddy 170i which was odd with a left hand threaded right hand mirror and a right hand hand threaded left hand mirror. I'm not sure who came up with this (as far as I know most mirrors have a right-hand thread and a left-hand thread, or both are right-hand threads). This kit was able to solve my problem and at a reasonable price. The mirrors themselves are fine. I wouldn't brag about how great they are. They're cheap plastic, the mirrored lenses are clear enough that you can fold the mirrors in for storage/parking. My reason for Star Docking is that you pay significantly more than other mirrors because you get the versatility of different thread sizes and thread directions. Otherwise the mirrors are generic as you will find on stock scooters/motorcycles. So if you want versatility with different thread sizes and/or threaded handles, get these. Otherwise I would look at the mirrored style which you like better.
