This is a good collar that fits perfectly into the holes for my Invisible Fence R21 receiver. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because, as my wife said, "it's flimsy" compared to the invisible fence collar tape. For the price I have nothing to complain about. I have had three generations of dogs wearing the 1999 Invisible Fence Receiver Collar. My newest English Setter is a bit tight, the venerable Invisible Fence collar is too tight so I wanted to replace it. I'm sure this collar will last for several years, its only purpose is to carry a small receiver and it fits my dog perfectly. I wouldn't call it "heavy" like the description says. For most dogs, it doesn't matter.
