Item received one day after the original ship date. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed some discoloration while it was still in the bag. We opened the box to expand it and it appears the lid has mold/burn marks. I took off the lid and it is also covered with foam. We are very upset but have no idea how to return it as it has been vacuum sealed. In general, I'm not very happy at the moment. Also, I've been looking for a wedge for a long time, and the reviews about this wedge are mostly positive.
