While the nose/ear trimmer attachment works 50% of the time and definitely doesn't trim, the other attachment is completely useless. He does not remove hair at all, but rather pulls them, which causes pain. At first I thought it was the type of battery used, I tried 2 other brands - same results. Then when I switched the heads to the nose/ear the head/sideburns fell apart in my hand and would not put back together. I can't rate the battery life or the ease of cleaning as one of the heads broke very quickly. waste of money.
