To use this DVD+RW 8X disc, make sure you have the latest firmware version of your DVD drive, then you won't have any problems so have its benefit. ! To download the latest firmware, visit your DVD drive manufacturer's website. I have a NEC3540A drive and the Pioneer DV-588A-S DVD player works with both without any problems.
