The quality of the towels themselves is excellent. They are beautiful and very absorbent. The problem is that each bag has a plastic wrap instead of being in a small box. When the bags are loaded into the box and shipped, many bags are put on the side, some of the bags are wrinkled, and the towels don't end up flat. I'm not sure I'm explaining well enough. Towels do the job well, but if you want them to look "perfect," like using them as table linens at a wedding, you may not be able to use some of them.
