I bought this heavy bag stand with the intent of doing cardio by beatin the hell out of a heavy bag.When i got it in the mail the instructions manual was very bleak, so must of the assembling was on my own. When I had it set up it was just at the height i needed (im 6'1).After several weeks of using the bag, the metal tube that holds the bag with the hook bent downward. I took out the tube from the whole set and i bent it back to the shape i wanted. Then i filled it up with cement and it is still holding up to this very day.I own a gray everlast heavy bag with a black covering 3/4 of the mid-section and i believed it weighed around 70-80 lbs. Just becareful and know what kind of bag this stand is suitable for.
