It's not the kind of mount I had been using (more on that in a minute), but it certainly is well built and sturdy.The thing is, the instructions included with this stand are baffling. Bolts, nuts, washers, etc have part numbers in the instructions, but the bubble card in which they are packed have no such identifiers. I was, for instance, trying to figure out which of the bolts was a #15 (80mm) and which was a #16 (70mm). And no, it wasn't a matter of just…

The company provides screws which are A) Way too long to properly tighten some parts with the provided locking nuts and B) Too wide to use different types of nuts on them (Went to a hardware store and measured both on a screw at the store, the store bought nuts did not fit the bag screw).Good structure on the stand itself just very, VERY frustrating screws.

Instructions leave a bit to be desired. Not intuitive, but can be figured out once you read through it a few times. The major complaint is how unstable the unit is with a 70lb bag on it. You can lightly tap the bag a few times and if it starts swinging the unit starts to wobble fiercely and will topple over. I'm going to put some weights on the bottom pegs to see if it assists in stability.As it is now, my four year old daughter was able to get the unit to topple just hitting the heavy bag.

This is a strong, stable stand. Three sand bags (one on each side, one on the back) keep it from moving an inch when I punch and kick. Found it very easy to put together, came with all its pieces. I've been dying to get my bag out of the basement and into a healthier environment -- this one was the only stand that was narrow enough to fit on my 48" wide side porch, so it was my only real option -- so happy it meets all my needs and works perfectly.

the stand was a hassle to setup1. the first shipment had missing pieces. I learned this is due to Ebay re-using returns for purchases. So the last purchaser had made a return without all the parts2. the manufacturer does not offer sales of individual parts, so I had to do a return and get a replacement through Ebay3. First of all, the box was delivered teared up. You could tell someone tried to tape it up the best they could, however a lot of pieces were missing (washers, nuts, and bolts.) 10 washers were actually able to fall out of the box when it was delivered. I bought this heavy bag stand with the intent of doing cardio by beatin the hell out of a heavy bag.When i got it in the mail the instructions manual was very bleak, so must of the assembling was on my own. It’s a good stand the only issue is that you will have to anchor it down to the floor in order for it not to move around when your punching it. But it is expected.

Excellent heavy duty stand. You will likely need 50 pounds of weight or more to ensure stability. I am 250 pounds and I can move that stand around with a bag and an anchor for the bag fairly easy. I only have 25 pounds of weight total on the stand at the moment. Highly recommend

The instructions are not clear and with so many similar nuts, bolts, caps, and washers, it took about two hours for me to assemble it. This is a very sturdy stand that allows my Heavy Bag to move freely. It is small enough to store in my garage or any room that has an average height ceiling.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. You will need to weigh the base down or it tips. I have a water softener and use 5 spare 40lb. bags of salt to weigh it down. Works great. Never run out of salt and stand doesn't tip

The box was busted open when I received this item. There were no screws or bolts to put this thing together, and the directions are missing. Besides the frame, there was actually nothing else in the box. I don’t even know what I’m missing because there’s no directions.

Shipping is not as advertised. Said 3 days for Ebay customers, but I did not get it for over a week. Ebay had no information as to why it was late. The stand itself is fine. Very tall stand and sturdy.

All you need is some weights and a yoga mat as shown above and please follow this format + this thing is seriously built + I'm about 220 Pounds and 6 feet even and I go all the way in strong with combos after combo and it holds very well with a bit of rattling but not that bad . just follow the weight tips by looking at the pictures and you will surely enjoy your boxing 🥊 experience 😜

Bag stand purchased as a gift. It came with missing bolts. After searching retail stores for bolts was able to put stand together. Stand appears to be well made but did not give it better review because of missing bolts and very poor instructions.
