First of all, the box was delivered teared up. You could tell someone tried to tape it up the best they could, however a lot of pieces were missing (washers, nuts, and bolts.) 10 washers were actually able to fall out of the box when it was delivered. You could easily go to the hardware store to buy them but who has the time, especially when you spend a good amount of money for this stand. I was able to set it up myself which took about an hour. You may have to add some weight on the bottom for stability. Overall, the product is good, but beware of how it is shipped. Make sure to do a quick inventory from the instruction manual before you start to put it together.
