The chair arrived with the armrest worn but the customer service has been excellent and the chair is just great. The chair came in a large box and everything was either wrapped in bubble wrap or in its own box. I have received all the details and instructions. They give you all the tools you need to assemble the chair and it only took me about 8 minutes to put it together. On arrival the fabric on one of the armrests was torn. I put it together anyway and decided to try my luck with the support team. There was a customer service line on the outside of the box the chair arrived in. They told me to call this number and not come back. Called the number and greeted quickly. The woman on the phone was quick. She asked me if I had a box and asked me to read her the number on the shipping label. I did this and he pulled out my shipping address and contact information and she knew who I was and my information and I didn't have to tell them over the phone. She then asked if I had any more instructors to put the chair together, I told her yes and she asked me to find the part I need to replace and look at the part number next to it. I gave her the information and she said it would be shipped the next day and asked if I would like an email with tracking information. I said yes. I received an email with tracking information and received a replacement part. Not only that, I have two hands. The whole process was painless and quick. Possibly the best, quickest and easiest customer service I've ever experienced. The chair is bright white. It reclines, rises and falls easily. The back. Assembly was easy. The product exceeds my expectations and so does the customer service.
