It does what it should and is electrically conductive. Even tiny amounts that you can barely see have a resistance of less than 1MΞ©, so be careful with this stuff around capacitors and batteries. I've used it on problematic connections in my car and haven't had any problems since (about 3 months). It also gets everywhere and smells like some of the worst crab slime I've ever put up my nose. I used a toothpick to apply it, you definitely don't need much, it's quite thin. don't eat it Wear gloves.
