It does what it should and is electrically conductive. Even tiny amounts that you can barely see have a resistance of less than 1MΩ, so be careful with this stuff around capacitors and batteries. I've used it on problematic connections in my car and haven't had any problems since (about 3 months). It also gets everywhere and smells like some of the worst crab slime I've ever put up my nose. I used a toothpick to apply it, you definitely don't need much, it's quite thin. don't eat it Wear gloves.
