Well this is a remanufactured cartridge and it's a lot cheaper than a new cartridge so you get what you pay for. The print quality wasn't bad. My color cartridge didn't work at all. It showed full ink levels but no trace of color when printing. I contacted customer service and I believe they were very helpful and responded quickly. They helped me get the cartridge working but it still didn't work. And because they have a 1 year guarantee, they immediately refunded me $14 for the color ink, the black ink works fine. As this is a remanufactured cartridge there can be issues, but when you have such great and helpful customer service why bother. I will buy their products again.
