Beware of damage your door frame

I really love how they care the product as well as the design of this bar. I afraid of damaging my door frame in other bar so I try this one. But it caused my door frame breaking in the corner as picture shows. So you should careful with the setup. And this is why I deduced its star. Exclude that fact, the bar itself is well made, sturdy and cool design.

Pros
  • Best product I’ve had by far!
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for taller users, as they may not have enough head clearance

Great exercise Innovation

This thing is solid, sturdy. Easy to install, but the instructions didn’t really help. Just know that the red parts on the pull up bar are your locks. You pull them out before you can rotate the bar This rotation extends or reduces the length of the bar depending on the direction. When t is gripping the walls or doorway enough, then you slide the red keys in to lock in place. Of course, double check by pulling and twisting to be sure it is all good to go. Also be careful to keep an eye on your…

More for Chin-Ups in a standard Doorway

I got this to install in my doorway, it's definitely more of a chin-up bar as I can't get full range of motion at all for a shoulder width pull-up. I didn't think about it too hard, but the picture included clearly has a person doing a full extended pull-up in what appears to be a standard doorway. Photoshop, eh? Anyways, the product still works well and is easy enough to set up. A complaint I have is that this does not grip as well as I would like without making the bar extend so much that it…

Pros
  • Good product once you install it peoperly it works like charm.
Cons
  • Cracks Door frames.

Works well in door frames.

I had to return the first product received because of a defect in one of the end pieces that prevented the bar from attaching. The exchange was a breeze and handled with 100% satisfaction. I use it for chin-ups, also support for forward and backward leg lifts. The only caution you must take is not to over tighten the bar inside the door frame. It can cause the door frame to separate from the molding around it if over tighten.

Pros
  • The included installation manual makes the process easy and straightforward
Cons
  • It may wobble or move while in use, detracting from the workout

Get your pull up game up!

I like how it holds and you can do weighted pull ups with it. I dislike when you take out the pole it will be difficult to put it back in.

Pros
  • Large Non-Slip Mat
Cons
  • It may be too short for some users, limiting the range of motion

Great pull-up bar - my new review

This pull-up bar is quick to install, sturdy and easy to use. A great product! I have had mine for over a year and I have not had any problems with it.

Pros
  • excelent product
Cons
  • It may not be able to hold up to the weight of heavier users

Horrible. DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. Do not buy this product. Very easy to put together, but after that it's a horrible product. Could not get it up after using the instructions it comes with, a YouTube tutorial, the online instructions, and having someone else explain it to me. Im gonna have to return this one and get a refund hopefully. Also, the product is cheaply made and easily comes apart after you put it together.Edit: After making this review, A customer service woman named Maria reached out to me and gave me a

Easily the best doorway pull up bar I've ever used

Took my wife 2 minutes between unboxing and doing pull ups. The bar itself is quite heavy and sturdy, which is reassuring that it won't give way. The pads on the bar are the perfect texture for grip as well. 5 stars! Very satisfied with how well built this is.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • It may have a limited range of motion, making exercises less effective

Not supportive.: my feedback

This was a disappointment. It’s not supportive at all. The grips don’t work - upon installation, they look great, but the second you try to use them, they give. I re-installed and had my tiny 8 y/o niece try it out, and she fell immediately. The "anti-slip” claim is false, which is disappointing

Pros
  • Really good
Cons
  • It may be challenging to install or assemble properly

A bit of a hassle to install, but my real single issue is that the rubber/plastic "grips" always come off and stick to the doorframe. It was expected, but a minor complaint would also be that you can't close the door at all when this is up. You have to leave it wide open, which can get in the way of something.

Pros
  • Comfortable Hand Grips
Cons
  • It may not be comfortable to grip for extended periods of time

Great workout bar for my opinion

This bar is like any other one really. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. Using it is easy. It’s really well made and good for at home workouts during covid

Pros
  • The product is made with high-quality materials that ensure it will last for years
Cons
  • It may interfere with household activities, such as opening and closing doors

two words: STURDY & HEAVY-DUTY

There are several pull up bars throughout the house, and I wanted this for the garage area. It definitely does hold up, and is easily adjustable to the majority of doors. I recommend installing it between any door that doesn't have those protruding stops on each end of the door frame and just on a flat surface. Took a minute to install and assess stability. In addition, it only took a few seconds to disassemble. Happy exercising, everybody!

Pros
  • With no screws required, it's easy to install and won't damage your doors
Cons
  • It may not be able to handle regular use over time

Son loved them! - my new review

These were for my son who is a athlete, and he exercises on his own every day since the Pandemic hit. He uses them everyday and they are snug tight and they have holded well!

Pros
  • Pull-Up Bars
Cons

Easy to install and sturdy pull up bar

The pull up bar is pretty easy to install, just need to roll the bar once the red rotators are loosened. Bar is very sturdy and fits surface tightly.

Pros
  • ‎OneTwoFit
Cons
  • It may not provide enough clearance for wide movements, hindering workouts

Everything you need comes with it - no screws

Worth every dollar. Very easy to install. I’m not crafty was very skeptical but in desperate need. Worth every dollar Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Adjustable Pull Up Bars
Cons
  • It may cause damage to the paint or finish on the doorframe

Is not load bearing

The item was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The item was sturdy and felt like it was made of quality material. However, once assembled and installed into a doorway as firmly as it could be made to, the item could not bear a load of more than 20 pounds. Novel idea of a retractable pull up bar, needs improving before it can be used.

Pros
  • The easy installation process means you can have it up and running in no time
Cons
  • It may be difficult to clean or sanitize after use

Multi purpose good for me

This pull up bar holds up to 330 lbs! I wanted something that would be simple to set up and this is it. This is a multi purpose pull up bar in our home. We use it for gymnastic rings and a chair hammock. And when the kid is not using either we will use it to just hang and stretch our back. At first like with anything I was a little weary of hanging with it supporting my full weight but it took it like a champ. One day I will be able to do a pull up. baby steps. And I am sure when that day comes

Pros
  • ‎2.18 Kilograms
Cons
  • It may need to be lubricated regularly to prevent squeaking or sticking

Missing Parts good for me

This item arrived missing one of the caps that goes on the end -- the part that stabilizes the bar against the wall. It's useless.

Pros
  • The compact size of this pull-up bar makes it ideal for smaller homes or apartments
Cons
  • It may have an unpleasant odor, particularly when new

COVID can't hold me back

THIS was what was missing from our COVID gym at home. Fits in the kitchen doorway and allows the family to get in our pathetic number of reps each morning.Being able to quickly place it and remove it is a critical feature.Recommended!

Pros
  • This is a very sturdy bar. Installs in minutes.
Cons
  • It may rust or corrode over time, reducing its lifespan

Don't buy it! - my new review

I installed the bar as instructed. On the senenth day the bar fell. My son could have hurt himself pretty bad. (He only weights 70lbs by the way). This is a really dangerous
