Worth the price: my feedback

This is very easy to install and definitely sturdy. I have it on my bedroom door and I’m still able to close the door to my room

Pros
  • It took me a second to figure out how to tighten it, but it works great! Easier than expected.
Cons
  • Have to return because it won’t hold any weight.

Poor product - my new review

Poor product . Cheaply made . Doesn’t fit most frames . Damaged mine . And they won’t give you a refund . Do NOT buy ! It may not fit securely in all types of doorways, posing a safety risk!

Pros
  • It supports up to 330 lbs, so you can feel secure while you work out
Cons
  • It may not fit securely in all types of doorways, posing a safety risk

Great for kids on my review.

If you have a young kid who loves to do pull ups or looking to get fit. We paired it with resistance bands and our son uses the green band to put his foot in to assist with pull ups until he can get 12 reps then we'll step down to a smaller band.

Pros
  • Great for at home workouts.
Cons
  • Adjusting it to the correct width can be time-consuming

I want a second bar, the longer version

during a pandemic we are using this bar many times during a day. My preteen child is practicing chin ups and I am stretching my back after prolong sitting at my work desk at front of my computer. The first bar we installed in the door frame, now I want a longer bar to install in a walkway between the walls.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • It may damage the door frame or the wall surrounding the doorway

The red locks are a bit of a problem

The red locks might not both fit into the grooves well at the same time. When one fits into the grooves, the other one has to be shoved in, and only goes in halfway. That said, even with only one lock in, it's still fairly sturdy.

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • It may not be compatible with certain types of doorframes

damaged my door frame, be careful,

I am happy with the quality of this. I just wish I had someplace to use it. I put it on what I thought was a very strong door frame. It spread the frame, popped the caulking, and even popped out a few nails. I am going to be in big trouble when she discovers the damage this thing caused. I even tried it on a different door frame that looked stronger. It started to spread the frame too far before I could get it tight enough to use.If I would have had a door frame substantial enough to hold this,

Pros
  • NO Screws & NO Drilling
Cons
  • It may not have enough padding or cushioning, causing discomfort during use

Very sturdy for my opinion

Very sturdy and fits on all types of doorways the foam gives you more grip and makes it more comfortable. Locks into position perfectly

Pros
  • Sturdy Locking Mechanism
Cons
  • It may not provide enough support for users with limited upper body strength

A little complicate to set up initially but works great

It took us a little while to get this securely in place but once we did it worked great. there is a locking mechanism that needs to be taken out until you get close to the length you want the bar to be. Sometimes they slide back into the lock preventing you from turning the bar more to tighten it in the door frame. Also it can be trick to get the ends to fit correctly in the door frame as they only lock in one way. However, we have had this up for about a week and my entire family as used it…

Pros
  • It's a great option for those who don't have the space or budget for traditional gym equipment
Cons
  • It may not provide enough stability or support for some users

Overpriced Bar in my review

2021: I have a very large doorframe and this thing managed to fit in. And so far no cracks on the wood. This is very sturdy, i am 132 lbs and I've swung on this thing and hasnt fell. Great product!2022: Push this thing in too hard and the wood will also push in, after a long time the paint will come off your walls. This product's price has gone up way to far for its worth.

Pros
  • Its anti-slip mat keeps it securely in place so you can exercise with confidence
Cons
  • It may require additional equipment or accessories to be fully functional

dangerous - avoid this product

First of all, yes I installed it properly and securely. Yes I am sure. It's not the first product of this type I have owned. It is however the first one to collapse on itself while being used and cause me to land on my head. It's going right in the garbage. This thing is unsafe and nobody should be using it.

Pros
  • You can customize your workouts based on your fitness goals and level
Cons
  • It may require frequent tightening or adjusting during use

Not for me in my review

Well I certainly got a workout trying to set this thing up, but that was about it.Even with instructions it took me about 20 minutes just to figure out how to adjust and install this item. It felt clunky, unintuitive and parts kept flying off. But even if I accept all the blame for the frustrating install experience I still can't really recommend this. After getting the bar secured I tested it out and it just slipped down the door frame. I thought "ok, I didn't make it tight enough." I…

Pros
  • It allows you to perform a range of exercises such as chin-ups, pull-ups, and leg raises
Cons
  • It may be difficult to maintain proper form while using the bar

genuinely incredible product

I have to admit, i was incredibly skeptical that this pull up bar would work. I didn't think that the amount of force it could push outward into the door frame would be enough to hold a person up during pullups. But, it works perfectly. In fact, I actually prefer it to pull up bars that you hang around the other side of the door frame or even to pull up towers that stand on the floor because this one does not wobble at all. My roommates and I who range from 140-210 lbs all use it in my…

Pros
  • The adjustable design also makes it easy to store when not in use
Cons
  • It may not be adjustable enough to accommodate all users

Great for an apartment!

As other reviewers have stated, it is a bit narrow, but I have narrow door frames in my apartment, so it fits perfectly. It was easy to assemble, and I haven't had any issues with it breaking the door frame.Since I'm not great at pull ups, I'm able to attach a band on to it for assistance.Great product! Glad I purchased it!

Pros
  • Rock solid
Cons
  • It may not fit properly in certain doorways, rendering it unusable

Works great. best in my review

So far so good. My wife has been using it for her training and has enjoyed every workout with this pull up bar. ‎25.45 x 5 x 2.5 inches!

Pros
  • ‎25.45 x 5 x 2.5 inches

  • It may interfere with the opening and closing of the door when in use
