I bought this Listerine Healthy White in addition to my other Listerine product (Listerine Total Care). I use Healthy White in the morning after coffee or when I have other staining foods or drinks, otherwise Total Care. Healthy White definitely brightens my smile. Don't expect miracles, but if you already have white teeth that aren't subsurface staining, then your results will be better if you only remove the superficial stains - that's what I use it for. He foams a little. You swirl it around for a minute for best results, then don't eat or drink it for 30 minutes - I don't always get through that 30 minutes because of the flavor - it's way too sweet to taste. Although the label says mint, it tastes rather fruity and not in a good way. I really don't like its taste. I would give it five stars if it wasn't for its sweet and fruity taste - bleu. Even if it were fruity but not sweet, its sweetness turns me off more than anything else. But it's not so gross that I can endure my minute of mouthwash and then all and sometimes some of them 30 minutes later. I wish it had a more minty flavor that wasn't sweet - then I would have given it 5 stars. It's also not astringent like Total Care and I like the more astringent feel and taste. Still, it's a good product and for under $6 it's very reasonable. I will buy it again when it's gone.
