Pants are exactly as advertised. They are soft shell, you don't make that annoying *swish swish* sound when you walk. They kept the wind from eating me up. Today was very windy 30°F/-1°C. They kept me warm, couldn't feel the cold. The pants feel like they're relaxed fit, they're not smothering your thighs or calves. The waistband has stretchy material and came with a belt. The pants are warm they are good fit they are water resistant not waterproof. That being said, strong water resistant. I purchase some for riding my bike in all kinds of weather they are lightweight and work very well I will buy more

I purchased these for my bf for Christmas because he originally had a pair, but the button broke off. He loves these so much more because the button on these pairs are different than his old pair he had. Comfy and they keep him warm!

Nice comfortable pants, only reason I gave it three starts is because the button above the zipper is large and dangling, zipper stop bracket tooth became loose where it grabs the pants, (it started to poke me) and left pocket inner seam had a hole, not completely stitched to the leg seam.

I purchased two different pairs of these for the winter. This pair had a button closure and the other had a hook closure. Definitely get the one with the button (this model). The hook closure will rip out immediately. Other than that, these feel kind of cheap, but for the price, I think they are a decent pant.

Spent 3 days in zero degree weather, had bought these as a spare for my Norrhface Could tell no difference. That's my review.
