Overall I like this chair. The seat is wide enough and soft enough for my thick back and weight. I thought the mesh back would create a comfort issue, but that's not the case. I like my work chair to recline when I recline, but it was initially so narrow I thought the description was wrong. One of the two issues I have is that when the adjustment knob is fully relaxed, it's still too tight for my comfort when I recline. Another issue is that it only comes with standard wheels (no high-performance wheels). I went ahead and bought heavy wheels for about an extra $20 and now the chair flips everything even when I'm sitting in it. TIP: About 4 weeks after using this chair, turn it over again and retighten all the screws or it will start to groan.
