I'm 6ft 1in, about 220. Fits great, doesn't constrict my waist. The band is great and the length is just below the knee. There is a significant design flaw, the button that fixes the bow tie is too small. When I'm in the house, my underwear is off. If this is you and you have family members, be careful. You junk tend to flop. The button is too small, it should be much bigger. I must wear a shirt, hoodie, or robe that can hide my manly parts. As I write this, the button has just come loose. Not because of the abundance, but because I sat down. Great fit, terrible button size.
