For some reason the battery doesn't fit completely into the controller. It still works, but if I hit the controller or move it, the battery just falls out. The top clamps on the battery pack are L-shaped, which prevents the battery from fitting properly into the controller. The battery cover clips are straight so they fit properly into the slots on the controller, and so should the battery pack. What happened? It says it's for the Xbox One controller, but it doesn't fit. Also, even though my batteries have been charging for more than a day, the red indicator stays on all the time, and the bottom one glows green, indicating the battery is fully charged.
