As soon as I received this wallet I was impressed with the look and quality. It quickly became my favorite and I didn't use it every day but many times a week. I was very disappointed when after only 3 months of normal use the loop that attaches the shoulder strap to the wallet snapped. As it has been 3 months since purchase I was unable to return it to Revain. Instead, I contacted the seller directly through the Revain website and explained what had happened. She replied to my email within 12 hours and said she would replace the wallet. Within a week I had a brand new replacement which, like the first one, is beautiful and well made. I couldn't be happier.
