I was disappointed with this product. This was the second bottle I tried. The first bottle was ok. I didn't notice a significant change on my oily and acne-prone skin, but did feel a slight exfoliation from the mandelic acid. However, when I started using the second bottle I noticed the solution had build up (I didn't see this in the first bottle) and thought it had changed the formulation. It felt like I was just pouring water on my face. I wanted to return the product but by the time I finished the second bottle the return window was already closed. I wanted to like the product since it got good reviews online, but I feel the formulation was not consistent or stable enough across different lot numbers to produce effective results.
