The shipping box was fine, the box containing the product was crushed and the factory tape was cut. The product packaging was pre-opened and the wires for each lamp were connected to the controller. The power cords were twisted too so someone bought it, played with it and sent it back and the seller sent it as is. Each connection wire for the lights is only about 18 inches long, and for every installation there is no way to mount the controller in a safe, dry area under the hood. That doesn't fit in the cab. The switch wire is too short to connect to the controller as most of the batteries are on the right hand side of the engine compartment and the switch is connected to the power wires which are also short. Install it on your golf cart and you can be successful. unless you are willing to extend all the wires. Yes, I know it's cheap, but it's really cheap!
