Review on DYMO LabelWriter LW330 Turbo Printer by Derek Pape

Great for Mac users too

I have to admit that I was very hesitant to buy it; In many cases, even when a product claims to be Mac compatible, it's usually just a bare-bones port. When DYMO released v60 of their software for Mac OS 10 (10.2, Jaguar), I decided to give it a try. Dude, I'm glad I did. This simple little device saves a lot of time. It works from most major programs, but I find that a quick copy and paste into the DYMO label program is just as quick. The labels will print a second or two after you hit the print button (use the settings to bypass the print command window entirely, by the way). This saves a lot of time (and money) when applying Avery-type labels to the entire sheet. and molds are available. Images and legibility of printed text, depending on the image format. I have also made all kinds of labels for clients using their labels on them; They are all very happy with the quality and I'm sure many of them have bought one of these. The only problem I've encountered is saving the address book; I can't manage to save the address. I'm probably missing something, but as mentioned above it's just as easy, e.g. Pros: - Fast - Cleanup - Seamlessly connects to OS 10 - Clear images as well as text (when using the right formats) Cons: - A bit pricey (but honestly worth it) - Noisy (but only for a few seconds of typing) - Not colored (but come on, it's warm!)
